Company Introduction

In 2008, Chris launched his first venture, Tooling Artwork Company Limited, paving the way for the later establishment of TAW. we specialize in state-of-the-art molded fiber technology, offering a comprehensive range of eco-friendly packaging solutions. From mold  tooling design to paper pulp product manufacturing, we cater to a wide array of customer needs across various industries. With our headquarters in Hong Kong and China, as well as branch offices in key markets like the UK, Australia, and Germany, we have established a robust global business network. 

In 2017, we launched Lotus Pack, a division dedicated to providing food-grade packaging and tableware, certified with BRC accreditation for top-quality food-grade products.

In our commitment to expanding our European presence, we partnered with Sunny Tableware in Germany in 2020 to enhance production capabilities, research, and sales, ensuring increased market competitiveness and superior service delivery. To offer a comprehensive service portfolio, we founded TAW Engineering in 2024, focusing on developing high-quality, efficient, and eco-friendly packaging equipment to elevate our global reach and service diversity.  Trusted by a global clientele spanning diverse sectors, we collaborate closely with customers and partners to innovate sustainable products, drive a circular economy, and contribute to the industry's sustainable growth. At TAW, our stringent quality standards and culture of continuous innovation position us as leaders in the mold and packaging industry.

Currently, our division, TAW Engineering, combines advanced technology with precision manufacturing expertise, enabling the successful development of highly efficient mechanized hot-press equipment. These innovative solutions have made significant breakthroughs in market applications, setting new standards for efficiency and sustainability.

But we’re not stopping here. Looking ahead, we are committed to continually expanding our portfolio of sustainable products, leading industry transformation, and fostering progress across the packaging and manufacturing sectors.

The Founder

Chris Lo is the visionary founder of TAW Holdings Ltd., a global leader in sustainable packaging solutions. His journey began in the foam packaging industry, but a pivotal opportunity led him to explore molded fiber and paper pulp packaging. In 2008, he established TAW Holdings Ltd., guiding its expansion across diverse industries worldwide.

Chris Lo is passionate about advancing eco-friendly packaging technologies. He is committed to integrating innovative technology into packaging materials, creating sustainable solutions that maintain the functionality of plastic while being biodegradable and compostable. His dedication to promoting production automation further drives the industry toward sustainable development, contributing to a circular economy.

As an entrepreneurial leader with a forward-thinking and adventurous spirit, Chris leads TAW with an unwavering commitment to achieving zero carbon emissions, demonstrating his dedication to environmental responsibility, Chris is committed to building a greener, more sustainable future for generations to come.

Chris holds several prominent positions within the industry, where he actively champions sustainable development and drives technological innovation:

  • Non-Executive Director at the International Molded Fiber Association (IMFA): Committed to advancing trade, attracting investment, fostering technological progress, and creating new business opportunities.
  • Executive Committee Member of the Environmental Industry Council: Spearheading initiatives through capacity building, knowledge sharing, and fostering collaboration to accelerate the adoption of environmental technologies in Hong Kong.
  • Committee Member of the Federation of Hong Kong Industries (FHKI): Advocating for the interests of the industrial and business communities while promoting continuous growth and development within the sector.

2008

Chris established Tooling Artwork Limited (TAW), specializing in tooling design and manufacturing.

2009

2010

Relocated the Hong Kong headquarters to Shenzhen South China City to support business expansion.

Developed a patented biodegradable clothes hanger. Formed a strategic partnership with OMNI-PAC Group.

2012

Invested in a Mold tooling factory in Shunde to enhance production capabilities.

2013

Established TAW Holdings Limited and launched a 60,000 sq. ft. molded fiber factory in China.

2014

Moved the Shenzhen office to Guangzhou Panyu to improve support and expand operations.

2016

Established TAW (UK) Limited to expand the European market. Developed a biodegradable tree guard.

2017

Established LotusPack HK Holdings Limited and LotusPack UK Limited to promote food-grade packaging solutions.

  • Formed a business expansion team to support growth.
  • Initiated the development of top-sealing technology for food-grade containers.
  • Chris joined the Federation of Hong Kong Industries (FHKI) as a member.

2018
