Manufacturing

The Process of Mold Manufacturing Products.

Step 01

The forming mold is immersed in the slurry pool, where the vacuum negative pressure draws in the slurry (fiber) onto the surface of the mold. The metal mesh serves to enhance molding efficiency by capturing and retaining the slurry (fiber) to create a cohesive fiber layer.

The transfer mold descends and seals the forming mold, while the vacuum lifts the wet embryo and transports it to the hot stamping mold.

Under high temperature and pressure, the hot stamping mold is shut, pressing the dry and wet embryos together to form semi-finished paper trays.

The paper support is positioned on the edge trimming mold, where the edges are trimmed until the membrane lowers, allowing the blade to remove any excess edge material.

Materials

6061 Aluminum

7075 Aluminum

Copper

With exceptional thermal conductivity, copper enables rapid heat transfer and improved cycle times in molding applications. It is highly durable, corrosion-resistant, and easy to machine, making it ideal for high-performance molds and precision designs.

Stainless Steel

Highly corrosion-resistant and extremely durable, stainless steel provides superior strength at high temperatures while maintaining dimensional stability during thermal fluctuations. Its hygienic properties and ease of machining make it perfect for applications in the food, medical, and high-precision industries.

Cast Aluminum

Known for its good corrosion resistance and excellent casting fluidity, cast aluminum offers reliable mechanical properties that can be further enhanced through heat treatment.
