Molded fiber, also known as molded pulp fiber, is a packaging material made from waste paper, recycled paper, or other fiber materials. The fibers are mixed with water to create a slurry and then molded and thermally shaped into various forms. It is highly versatile and can be shaped into various forms, making it suitable for packaging needs across industries. This characteristic makes molded fiber an ideal material for creating efficient and customized packaging solutions that precisely fit and protect different products. With an annual production of approximately 550 tons of recycled materials. Our dedicated product development team is responsible for the entire process from design to delivery, tailoring eco-friendly packaging solutions to meet your unique requirements. We take pride in crafting sustainable packaging innovations for a diverse array of industries worldwide, including aerospace, automotive, airline, chemical & pharmaceutical, beer, electronics & appliances, and home & gardening etc.
Manufacturing Process
Wet Press Molding: Pulp is injected into molds, pressed, and dried to form products, suitable for items such as food trays and egg cartons.
Dry Press Molding: Using higher pressure and temperature, smoother and higher-quality products are produced, like packaging for premium electronic products.
Thermoformed Fiber Technology: Offers higher precision and strength, suitable for packaging requiring high performance.
